Today we introduce Thalia Flood who has been with Indellient since 2016. Thalia is a UX Designer who works in our Creative Team.
What you do at Indellient?
“As a Designer, I bridge the gap between the user, development teams, and stakeholders. For me, this works out very different day to day at Indellient. We have many business relationships that come with completely different project requirements. One day I may be rendering illustrations and cleaning up photography, the next creating an onboarding tour, and that same afternoon prototype a dashboard. But for all of these outcomes my goal is to make the deliverable useful, usable and enjoyable for its users.”
What is your favourite part about working at Indellient?
“My favourite part of what I do is solving clients’ design problems. Especially in visually communicating someone’s abstract ideas. Hearing “That’s exactly what we want to see!” gives me the warm fuzzies every time.”
What advice would you give to someone applying to work at Indellient?
“Learn as much as you can from your peers. They are all amazing teachers and their knowledge is invaluable.”
Tell us an interesting fact about yourself.
“I used to run an Etsy decal shop so if you ever have questions about Vinyl and its many applications, come see me!”
What is the last show you binge-watched?
“Castlevania, for like, the third time.”
