Tell us more about what you do at Indellient:
“My focus is around client satisfaction and project delivery utilizing our PMO best practices.
In addition to building the best practices for the PMO. I lead the team of project managers who are not your typical project managers. The project managers get the opportunity to own the client account, be the central cog in building the relationships with our clients and look to grow the business with their clients.”
What is your favourite part about working at Indellient:
“Indellient is all about its people, it’s a place where our people have a say and can be heard. Its about trusting each other, focusing on growing and learning together.”
What advice would you give to someone applying at Indellient?:
“If you want to work where you feel supported and valued, or if you like to work where everybody takes responsibility to focus on the solution, then this is a perfect place to be.”
